He has held buying responsibility in a number of markets including Dairy, Fish, Poultry and Meat. Over 24 years with Morrisons Martyn has a track record of career advancement in Trading, culminating in being appointed Main Board Director for Trading in 2007 until a change of role in December 2010 to Group Corporate Services Director.

Guy was previously Morrisons Head of Corporate Affairs, joining the company in 2010. He has worked his whole life in retail in a variety of roles with responsibility for government affairs, community and charity programmes. Since leaving Morrisons, Guy has continued on the Foundation board as an independent trustee.

Kath has recently retired as Strategic Director for Children's Services with Bradford Council after a successful career in Local Government spanning 38 years. Kath has led a number of major changes and improvements to services for children and families, and was nominated for the Yorkshire Woman of the Year for her achievements in education.

Sharon has worked in Retail HR for over 21 years. She joined Morrisons in 2010 as an HR Business Partner and has undertaken various HR roles whilst also leading major HR change projects. She is currently HR Director for Retail and is responsible for people matters within all Morrisons stores.
