Grace’s Place

Children with life-shortening conditions and their families supported by Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice will have their lives made just that little bit easier, thanks to our donation of £20,000 which has been used to purchase a people carrier.

Forget Me Not, which runs the newly opened Grace’s Place in Radcliffe, will use the people carrier to transport children and their families to and from activities, school or appointments or hospice events, making it much easier for them to get the support they need.
