Theodora Children's Charity

Theodora Children's Charity provides highly trained performers known as Giggle Doctors who bring music, magic and storytelling to help children and young people in hospitals and hospices. 

We've donated £26,466 to run a programme of activities at Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham which supports over 2,700 children each year. Staff from the Morrisons store in Clinton were delighted to present the cheque, with Community Champion Sue Whitehead saying, "It's great to see support from the Morrisons Foundation helping a good cause in our local community."

Jessica Mann from Theodora Children's Charity was equally pleased to be receiving the donation. She said "We are thrilled that the Morrisons Foundation has decided to support our much-loved programme of smiles at Nottingham. The donation will help the charity to fund Giggle Doctor visits for over 2,700 children this year! That's a lot of smiling faces. A huge thank you to them. The generous support of the local community plays a big part in enabling these important visits to continue."
